Scott EndsleyPresident
Scott Endsley is an accomplished real estate developer and attorney with over
25 years of experience in real estate and business matters in California and the Southwest. Scott's experience includes project management and acting as general counsel, as well as over a decade operating his own law firm, development, and investment company. His experience encompasses broad aspects of real estate management, development, litigation, transactional, and entrepreneurial enterprises.
Scott's past and current clients include prominent names in the real estate and legal field in Southern California. Scott is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and a member of the State Bar of California. He holds a California real estate sales license and is a long time member of the Building Industry Association as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers. In his spare time, Scott is a National champion and All-American triathlete competing in roughly a dozen events every year. Scott serves on various boards of directors and continues to donate his time to coaching and mentoring individuals.
Jeff Howell, LEED

Jeffrey Howell is a licensed California attorney, California real estate broker, and LEED Accredited Professional.
Jeff's real estate knowledge is based on several years experience in the legal department of a Fortune 500 real estate company. He has experience in diverse title and land issues, as well as real estate brokerage. Jeff is also involved in sustainable and energy efficient building and technology and application of tax credits and economic incentives for sustainable building.
Weston DoyleSenior Director, Acquisitions
Weston Doyle is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker. He operates on an unbreakable determination and self-belief that no obstacle is too large. Weston brings with him experience in providing all real estate services which include, but are not limited to, overall due diligence, credit market analysis, financial feasibility, debt sourcing, asset management, and the closing of transactions. He has an uncanny ability to integrate his strong finance and accounting background, with an expertise in negotiations, to reach the best possible outcome for all parties. This unique blend of strong accounting and a multitude of real estate knowledge brings a special combination of skill sets to his field. His efforts in continuing education have allowed him the opportunity to become a member of many distinct professional groups, including the Real Estate Honorary Society of San Diego, NAR, CAR, NSDCAR, UPREIT, and Toastmasters. Most recently, Weston was accepted into the CCIM Institute Candidacy, where he is fulfilling his portfolio of qualifying experience to become a fully certified CCIM.
Weston attended the University of San Diego where he graduated magna cum laude and earned both a Bachelors in Business Administration with a real estate emphasis, and a Bachelors in Accountancy with a real estate emphasis. While attending the University of San Diego, Weston received several prestigious scholarships for his academic excellence and became a member of various academic groups. He was also a member of the football team, where he was named a 2-time ESPN All American and inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions. Immediately following his final season, he was drafted into the NFL where he played one season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Russell CondasDirector of Acquisitions
Russell Condas is a Graduate Student at the University of Denver where he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management. He was recently awarded the Denver Metro Commercial association of Realtors Scholarship for academic excellence. Russell completed his undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with both a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Real Estate. While completing his undergraduate degree, Russell remained active in extracurricular activities. Such activities include Delta Sigma Pi professional fraternity, the Real Estate Society, International Student Business Council, a student member of the ICSC, and Men's Rugby. While remaining actively involved with the University, he also held several internships gaining him experience ranging from new construction budgeting, to market analysis, to property management. Russell also participated in a study abroad program providing him with the opportunity to sail around the world, and study not only academics, but cultural and political characteristic of many different countries. This has provided him with the ability to work with, and understand the backgrounds of many different potential clients. At SKE, Russell is responsible for the investments and developments in the Denver Metro area.
Sunny PatelDirector of Acquisitions
Sunny Patel, as Director of Acquisitions for SKE, is responsible for project underwriting, conducting financial and feasibility analysis, providing research support, and conducting project due diligence. Mr. Patel is also responsible for sourcing distressed value add real estate properties. Prior to joining the company he worked for CALCAP Advisors as an Acquisitions Analyst where he performed similar tasks. Prior to that, he worked for a prominent traffic engineering firm where he was responsible for managing various traffic studies for a wide variety of development projects throughout Southern California.
Sunny is a native of San Diego. He graduated from Mira Mesa High in 2004, and graduated from University of California, Irvine in 2008, earning a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Most recently, Sunny earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego where he received multiple scholarships based on his exceptional academic achievements. He is currently in the process of taking the DRE Broker's License exam. Sunny is an active member in the real estate community; he is an active participant of Young Leaders forum for ULI, Developing Leaders forum for NAIOP, YGen forum for BIA, part of the NAIOP/CBRE Toastmasters Club, and is a member of IREM and ICSC.
