The Phoenician Westin Hotel Resort Redevelopment Project
- Remodel of common areas and rooms in remodel plan for Westin Hotel Chain
Second Street Historic Rehab
- 3 story masonry building from late 1800's purchased, redeveloped thru city redevelopment agency, seismic retrofit, and leasing all performed by SKE in Selma, CA Project sold at three times purchase price and costs.
Poco Lago Luxury Spec Home in Rancho Santa Fe, Ca
- 10,000 sq.ft. luxury home with custom design exterior and interior. SKE acquired project, created partnership, drafted all legal docs, specified all materials working directly with design professionals, and sold project. Project sold in excess of projected profit before construction was complete for $4mm+.
Custom Home Remodels
- Two custom home remodels in Newport Beach, Ca. and Mill Valley, Ca. were completed on time, on budget and sold at significant profits.
18 unit condo conversion/apartment acquisition project
- Identified, contracted for and acquired 18 apartment units in Talmadge, San Diego in 2004-5. Completed all necessary aspects of acquisition, development, legal, political and mapping process to successfully sell project at above proforma projections and ahead of project schedule.
Numerous single family detached homes purchased as foreclosed homes
- Purchased at 20% or more below market values, completely remodeled all homes, within first year attained 50% increase in appraised values, and now leasing for above market lease rates, including the following homes: 755 Arthur, 683 Helen, 4915 Stephanie, 610 Monica, 616 Monica, 4128 Sol Sitio, 649 Parker, 4798 Claire, 5128 Leon, 645 Parker
